- Set programming vision and guide editorial voice for <a href="http://my.xfinity.com">my.xfinity.com</a> (previously <a href="http://Xfinity.com/Comcast.net">Xfinity.com/Comcast.net</a>), including making minute-to-minute programming decisions based on breaking news, planned events, content partnerships and customer engagement metrics and feedback. •	Develop an effective online content and programming plan that increases user interactions.
