Caroline Martel is a seasoned sales and relationship manager with years of experience in the events and speaker industry. She currently works as a Sales & Business Development Manager for Happy Families, a team dedicated to improving relationships in the workplace, at home, and in schools, under the guidance of renowned Dr. Justin Coulson. Before this role, Caroline had worked as a Senior Consultant/Account Manager at Saxton Speakers where she excelled in managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service. Additionally, she has managed conferences while working for Tour Hosts Pty Limited and has held events management positions at both QUT and Society of Petroleum Engineers in the past. With a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives, Caroline has found her calling at Happy Families, where she gets to leverage her skills of relationship building and sales strategy development to drive business growth and create meaningful change.
