Ramesh Gopinath is a highly accomplished technology executive with expertise in blockchain solutions, cloud services, collaboration technologies, and infrastructure. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Gopinath has held several leadership positions at IBM, including Vice President of Organic Ventures, Vice President of Blockchain Solutions, Vice President of IBM Research - India, and CTO of IBM India/South-Asia. He has also served as Director of IBM India Research Lab and CTO of IBM India/South Asia. Prior to his 23-year career at IBM, Gopinath worked as a Post-doc at Rice University and interned at Aware, Inc.
