The primary responsibility of this position is to improve the steel making process with the application of engineering principles and practices to improve the service life of steel processing equipment.•	Failure Analysis•	Issue incoming teardown and inspection reports.•	Analyze inspection data and field reports to provide engineering solutions to failure problems and develop repair scope of work to rebuild equipment•	Cost Estimation•	Develop detailed estimation of scope of work cost and establish selling price with set margin requirements.•	Project Management•	Manage projects successfully while obtaining the required quality, delivery, and profitability.•	Provide tracking methods to document improvements in service life as well as reports and data required by management.
