Scott Barlow is a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience as an attorney and more than 20 years of accomplishments. He has held positions as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors for both start-ups and publicly traded companies, where he delivered innovative legal solutions to complex problems. Scott is skilled in negotiating contracts, handling mergers and acquisitions, licensing, human resources and employment matters, litigation, licensing, IP prosecution and protection, SEC compliance, corporate governance, and due diligence.

Scott earned his J.D., Law degree from the University of Akron School of Law and his B.S., Advertising degree from the University of Florida. He is currently the General Counsel at Dyve Biosciences and has held previous positions such as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Conversant Inc. (formerly ValueClick), Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Mediaplex, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at Mediaplex, Inc., and Litigation Associate at RAIFMAN & EDWARDS LLP.
