Raj Bharadwaj is a seasoned executive with over 21 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. He has worked on complex global organizations and has led cross-functional projects across multi-site operations. Raj is a certified PMP professional and a Certified Lean Practitioner with expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, operations management, and risk management. He is passionate about building customer relationships and delivering differentiated value profitability through strategy and demonstrated P&L leadership.

Raj studied electrical engineering at Reutlingen University and completed his Master of Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also studied in the Global Executive Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. His professional experience includes serving as the Director of Global Operational Engines, Integrated Customer Solutions at Pratt & Whitney, Executive Director of Business Development at Kaman Aerospace, and Director of Program Management at GKN plc. Raj has also held roles in UTC Aerospace Systems, including Senior Program Manager, Rolls-Royce, and Advanced Helicopter Programs, and Manager Customer Support - MRO Operations, Goodrich Corporation.
