Mike Arzt, co-owner and co-pilot at The Public Works, brings a diverse range of skills and experience to his work. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and has worked in various positions throughout his career, including athlete and imagery manager at Spyder Active Sports, snow sports marketing manager at Helly Hansen, and freelance writer and photographer at Snowboarder Magazine. Arzt is a jack of all trades, with expertise ranging from professional photography and Adobe Photoshop to MIG welding and Microsoft Excel.

Arzt's founding principle is a willingness to learn and evolve, and he emphasizes the importance of over-delivering on promises. The Public Works seeks to understand its clients' businesses, working creatively and executing effectively to turn unique ideas into realities. Arzt is a former member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and owner of Battery 621/621 LLC.
