Matt Polimeno

Matt Polimeno is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in scaling operations and processes across diverse industries. Equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Social Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he has a keen eye for detail when it comes to building, leading, and mentoring teams to execute plans for success. Matt has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Vice President of Scale Manufacturing, Purchasing & Quality at Agrify Corp, Vice President of Operations at Segway, and Director of Manufacturing & Materials at Beacon Power, LLC. Additionally, Matt has also worked at respected organizations like The Boeing Company, Advance Storage Products, and Wave Equity Partners.

Apart from his extensive experience in operations management and private equity consulting, Matt is also a member of the Board of Directors for Family Continuity, a not-for-profit organization that provides social and health services to individuals and families across Massachusetts. He has also studied Political Science with Inside Congress, Advanced Legislative Concepts, and Inside Washington at The Brookings Institution.
