Christiane Rinardo is an experienced IT professional with over 14 years of experience in the education, telecommunications, and IT markets. With a focus on people management and service delivery management, she has a proven track record of managing high-performance, customer-oriented teams. Christiane is an expert in Learning Management Systems and OSS Telco & IT products and solutions, having acted on product/services implementation projects, presales, and service project delivery team management.

As a Bid Manager and Proposal Writer, Christiane directs the creation, improvement, and distribution of educational software proposals for both solicited and unsolicited RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. She is certified by APMP, the Association of Record for Bid, Proposal, Business Development, Capture, and Graphics Professionals. She is experienced in people management, having managed resources, developed career plans, and established individual and group performance KPIs.

In addition to her people management prowess, Christiane has experience with operations management, project design solution architecture, requirement gathering, time and risk plan elaboration, implementation team technical coordination, and test and troubleshooting support. She is also comfortable with customer-facing roles, including kick-off project and proposal presentations, progress report elaboration and presentation, and crisis management.
