Sanjiv Patel is a highly accomplished leader with a strong background in data science and machine learning with vast experience in different sectors ranging from military to business. With a passion for using AI/ML to solve business problems, he is known for his ability to identify opportunities and build solutions with business leaders. Sanjiv has partnered extensively with leaders across sales, marketing, support, and engineering to solve problems using machine learning. He has also spearheaded efforts to introduce intelligent automation, improve organizational decision-making, and enable new business models.

Sanjiv graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Finance, studied MBA in Marketing at Kellogg School of Management, and attended an Executive Education course in Managing Teams for Innovation and Success at Stanford University. He also holds a masters’ degree in data science from Northwestern University.

Sanjiv currently serves as Senior Director, Enterprise AI at Cisco, where he previously held other roles, including Director, Data Science, and Inside Sales and Customer Success, and Director, Data Science, Digital Customer Experience. Before this, he worked as the Director of Product Marketing at Oracle, Marketing Operations Manager, Field Marketing at Cisco, Business Development Manager at Code Green Networks, and Product Manager at HP. He has also worked as a consultant at Accenture and a Captain, Field Artillery, US Army.
