She has also held notable positions such as VP, Content & Strategy at SaaStock, Content Lead, Europe at Money20/20, Senior Conference Manager at Informa, Conference Manager at Clarion Events, and Conference Producer at Marketing Week.

Pearce studied for her BA (Hons.) in English Language & Literature at the University of Oxford, where she earned a 2:1. She also completed her A Levels at Peter Symonds College.
