Raja Younes is a trilingual individual, fluent in English, French, and Arabic, with a diverse background encompassing semiconductor technology, retail banking, finance, education, healthcare, and investments. With expertise in signals' characterization, R&D program and project management, business development, and agile and waterfall methodologies, Younes has worked with tier 1 semiconductor and systems companies like Cisco, Google, Intel, Dell, Apple, Teledyne Scientific, and Facebook. Younes has proficiency in high-speed signals, telecom and datacom agile project management, product life cycle development, manufacturing and production, operation including management of low/high-level embedded software, hardware and SOC developments, reporting to CEO and CTO.

Younes has developed Signal Integrity, Electro-Optical Test & Measurements Instruments for Automated Test Equipment (V93000 ATE Test Solutions) & cPCI markets, MSA compliant Interconnects up to 100Gbps, and Low-cost Active Optical Cable, high production testing solutions. With skills in Scrum Master, Senior Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner, and Agile Project Manager, Younes has also been involved in developing web and mobile applications for retail banking, finance, education, and healthcare sectors.

Younes has worked as a technology and investments ecosystem builder, partnership manager, and blogger, and is the author of the World's New Silicon Valley, an entrepreneurs and investors' guide. Younes also recruits promising hardware and software startups for global VC firms & Accelerators, and has been a Jury member at the IEEE Communications Engineering Students Competition 2017.
