Phil Lohr

Phil Lohr is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in facilitating successful change across various industries. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies to deliver large-scale organizational changes, achieve sustainable business results, and build high-performing executive teams. His core competencies include strategy formation, operational efficiency, organizational design, culture change, leadership effectiveness, executive coaching, program management, and international engagements. Phil has a background in mathematics and computer engineering, holding degrees from Bucknell University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, respectively. He also studied advanced program in OD and HR management at Columbia University’s Columbia Business School. Currently, Phil is the Principal at Structured Development Strategies, previously serving as Executive Director of Strategy and Organizational Consulting at Aetna, Senior Director of Organizational Development & Change at Merck, and Director of Organizational Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He has also served in several high-level positions at Lockheed Martin and GE.
