Assistant Provost of Academic Programs and Assessment
Niccole Buckley, a Doctor of Business Administration, is an accomplished educator and leader with vast knowledge and experience in the financial and legal industries. She currently serves as Associate Provost of Academic Programs and Assessment and former Dean of the Mark Skousen School of Business at Grantham University. Dr. Buckley’s education is extensive, earning a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from Park University and several certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt and Criteria Reference Instructional Development.
With a deep understanding of academic programs, Dr. Buckley has published two research papers “Reversing the Trend: The Effect of Full-Time Faculty on Student Persistence” and “Employer Perceptions of Military Members with Online Degree” through IABPAD. With a seat as President of the Board of Directors of IACBE Region V in 2015, Dr. Buckley has also been a frequent presenter at conferences and events.
Prior to joining Grantham faculty, Dr. Buckley worked as a corporate trainer at DST Systems and a Training Specialist at Husch & Eppenberger, in addition to her Mutual Fund Trainer role at DST Systems. She has made waves in her field and on the Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive & Professional Women since 2007.
