Ron's unique cross-functional leadership style, cultivated by upbringing across Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Honolulu, has given him a diverse range of professional experiences in guest services, financial consulting, retail design, entrepreneurship, marketing communications, and design and experience.

Ron's achievements include founding and leading a surf company through 6 years of double-digit expansion, co-creating a new business entity for TBWA Worldwide, inventing a social insights tool, and spearheading AKQA's global social practice.
