CAO Group (Office Management), 1999-2001Department Administration• Created new department structure in Equities Mgmt globally to efficiently track expenses. Coordinated the movement of the associated costs of 300+ employees.• Instrumental in the creation of detailed headcount reports capturing all available resources, which was utilized worldwide by Equities Mgmt global leaders.• Screened assistant candidates, which resulted in 10 hires.• New Hire preparation, orientation and acclimation.• Participated in the overnight coordination of the Spear, Leeds & Kellogg due diligence meetings leading to the acquisition of SLK. Edited the video and written transcripts for web posting.• Established Free Lunch Fridays and executed with Restaurant Associates in the summer of 2000, which consisted of a 15-week buffet for 800+ employees on 5 different floors.Human Capital Management, 1998-1999• Responsible for headcount approval process where administrators and/or desk heads would submit requests that were summarized for weekly review with CAO for approval.• Centralized global headcount activity for Equities Division • Produced monthly detailed headcount reports by product and divisional summary, which was utilized by division heads and product leaders in determining headcount needs and maintenance of allocated heads.• Liaised with HR, Controllers and GSAM in the successful transfer of 1,000 PCS employees into the newly created IMD division.• Offer letter generation.
