Matthew Ayers, a Vice President of Investments at Alex. Brown, brings over a decade of experience in advising large institutions, foundations, and ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Alex. Brown, he was associated with well-renowned organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Canterbury Consulting, and Morgan Stanley. He co-founded The Treitman Cohen Ayers Wealth Management Group, which manages over $1 billion in assets and advises ultra high-net-worth individuals and families on various wealth management facets, including asset allocation, investment selection, and trust and estate planning strategies. Matthew obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to study International Economics at the University of Cambridge. Apart from his work, Matthew is actively involved in the community and currently sits on the executive board at Vintage Church of Los Angeles. His interests include golfing, reading, teaching, and exercising.
