Demetrios Mallios is a seasoned fund manager, executive, consultant, entrepreneur, and founder with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He is the founder of The Aeon Group, Inc., which includes several subsidiaries such as Aeon Family of Funds, Aeon Capital, Aeon Advisors, among others. Mr. Mallios has also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Aeon Acquisition Corp (TICKER:AACP) and as the Chairman and CEO of INVENT Ventures.

Mr. Mallios has a wide range of experience in various sectors, including technology, real estate, natural resources, life sciences, and telecommunications. He has participated as a principal investor and/or agent in primary and secondary transactions in private and public companies worldwide, amounting to over $1 billion.

His specialties include venture capital, private equity investments, fund management, M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, and going public transactions such as IPOs, reverse mergers, international securities advice, and SPAC formation.
