I work with business and cities to inspire and navigate the path to creating sustainable, systemic and long-lasting impact. My focus is on innovation through a combination of mindsets, business models, technologies and system-level collaboration.  I do this by offering advice, programme or workshop design and delivery, and research capability via desk research, stakeholder interviews and group facilitation.Organisations I currently advise include the UN Global Compact Cities Programme and Apolitical. I'm also  an Associate working with the Finance Innovation Lab to grow and evolve its intrapreneur community of finance professionals looking to effect change within mainstream finance.

As part of my experience at Campus for Mums organised by Google Campus, I developed an entrepreneurial lifestyle project aimed at helping Londoners to experience unique facets of the city whilst appreciating the social, environmental and ethical backdrop to the experience. I was one of the longest-serving members of the small but agile team at Volans, working directly with founder and Chairman, John Elkington throughout the organisation's evolution and mission to positively disrupt the field of sustainability. My role across the years blended across client & partner management, programme design and delivery, facilitation & training, as well as research, writing and public speaking. Recent projects I've led or co-led include:- Sustainable business models: undertook research and co-authored the Breakthrough Business Models report (2016) commissioned by the Business & Sustainable Development Commission- Exponential innovation: worked with the UN Global Compact to co-develop and launch the Breakthrough Innovation Action platform aimed at working with member companies to exploit the mindsets, business models and technologies required to create exponential, systemic change. I also designed and developed content for the associated Project Breakthrough resource, <a href="http://www.projectbreakthrough.io">www.projectbreakthrough.io</a>, including the business model -focused resources, as well as The Breakthrough Pitch. - Collaborative business models for cities: worked with Innovate UK to develop a new framework for encouraging greater collaboration between cities and business through system-level business models. Worked involved designing and facilitating a series of multi-sector workshops in key cities across the UK including London, Exeter, Newcastle and Nottingham, and co-authoring blogs and reports as part of the work.- Incubating the B Lab movement in the UK: I was part of the early team based at Volans working to plan and launch B Lab UK. As part of that work, I've had the privilege to meet and learn from the growing community of B Corps in the UK.- I've spoken at and conducted workshops at business-focused events across the year, most recently at CSR Lebanon's 2019 Annual Conference, CSREurope's SDG Workshop, B Lab UK Community Retreat

Oversaw the design and implementation of initiatives to develop the infrastructure for social enterprises to develop and thrive in Singapore - this included structuring and managing a SGD$5m grant in support of up and coming social enterprises. During this period, I was also placed on Singapore Government's High Potential Leadership Programme, offered only to top performing civil servants.

I studied Nokia's data and mobile value added service offerings and its market and partnership strategy in India. Further recommendations were also developed for Nokia to continue its lead in the Indian market.

Managed a wide policy portfolio covering child protection and the rehabilitation of young offenders. Also led an extensive legislative review of the Children and Young Persons Act, including a series of stakeholder engagement exercises and policy development.

Senior Policy Officer

Worked with a cohort of young offenders and their families as part of their rehabilitation. This involved counselling, engaging various stakeholders involved with the families, and conducting training programmes.
