James Cipoletta is an experienced attorney based in Massachusetts, with a diverse background in criminal defense, zoning and land development, and second amendment issues.

With over two decades of legal experience, Cipoletta is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court, and other federal courts across the country. As an expert in his field, he has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout New England, New York, and Florida. Notably, he has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been included in Boston's Best Lawyers published in the Boston Globe.

Cipoletta has a wide range of professional experiences outside of legal practice, including work in law enforcement, the military, investigation, and intelligence analysis. He has also served as Chairman of the Winthrop (MA) Zoning Board of Appeals for 12 years, and as Trial Counsel for multiple cities and towns in Massachusetts.
