Jessica McCarthy is a highly accomplished dancer, yoga teacher, and wellness expert. She studied Dance and Psychology at New York University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a 3.6 GPA. Jessica has since become a company member at BodyVox dance company and has worked with several other performers such as 11 : Dance Co and PETRICHOR Dance. She has also taught yoga at various health and fitness centers, including Shambhala Yoga & Dance Center, The Grinning Yogi PDX, and YogaBreakNYC. Jessica is the founder of Luminous Architecture, a movement aimed at awakening the human spirit through mindful growth, uniting individuals in a collective shift towards personal purpose and passion.

In addition to her dance and yoga practices, Jessica worked as a Yoga Consultant at the Freedom Institute and owned her own business, Luminous Elixirs, creating unique and organic wellness products. She has also worked as a Work Study at Mark Morris Dance Group and Childcare provider prior to pursuing her passion in the arts.
