Meet Leon Adelman, an accomplished Emergency Physician and Medical Director who is passionate about improving healthcare systems and patient care. Adelman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Brown University and went on to receive his MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He also completed the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program, and later an Executive MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Tennessee Haslam School of Business.

Adelman's expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Informatics, Value-Based Healthcare Delivery, Lean Six Sigma, and Patient Care. He has extensive experience as a Medical Director & Emergency Physician and has worked with organizations such as Wake Emergency Physicians, VEP Healthcare, and Alteon Health.

Adelman is a former Board Member of the North Carolina College of Emergency Physicians, former Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Virginia College of Emergency Physicians, and a former Committee Member of the Massachusetts Medical Society. He has also worked as a consultant for Forerun Inc., and as Founder of Providers for Progress.

In addition to his medical work, Adelman has a passion for education and has been actively involved in various healthcare delivery research programs. He has also taken courses at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
