Mike Grace

Mike Grace is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in land entitlement and pre-development consultancy. He boasts an exceptional knack for leveraging diverse industry relationships and critical thinking skills to foster creative solutions and problem-solving. With extensive experience in government operations, intergovernmental coordination, and relations, Mike is a valuable asset in site selection assistance and front-end business development.

As a certified urban/land development planner, Mike is well-versed in public policy, economic development, infrastructure planning, staff and office management, presentation, and zoning analysis, among others. His experience in coordinating inter-jurisdictional operations with a range of local, national, and international stakeholders and extensive background in land development and permitting process uniquely position him to navigate varying challenges associated with each municipality.

Mike held several leadership positions, including Assistant City Manager & Chief Operations Officer (COO) at City of Ferris, and previously served as the Managing Principal at Metro Development Consulting. A former student of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Geography and a Master of Arts in Regional Planning, Mike is undoubtedly a force to reckon with in the land entitlement and pre-development consultancy space.
