Joyce Kim

Joyce Kim is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Business, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UC Irvine.

With extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industry, Joyce currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Rare Beauty. Prior to this role, she held key positions at NYX Cosmetics, including VP of Product Development and AVP of Product Development. Her tenure at NYX also included the role of Global Purchasing Director.

Before her time at NYX, Joyce gained valuable experience at Sole Technology, where she held various roles such as Global Apparel Production and Purchasing Specialist, Apparel Merchandising Operations Manager, European Senior Purchasing Buying Coordinator, Sales Operations Specialist, and Credit & Collections Coordinator.
