Ella Marshall

Ella Marshall is a London-based Executive Assistant (EA) and Events Manager with over 13 years of experience supporting C-Level executives in prestigious global companies.

Her career journey includes managing a team in the City, providing admin and HR support to a large office, serving as an EA at Clearcast, the central clearance center for TV and VoD advertising in the UK, and supporting directors at Absolute Radio where she managed high-profile events like the Isle of Wight Festival and The Rolling Stones BST gigs.

Ella then transitioned to EA for Mark D'Arcy, the Chief Creative Officer at Facebook's London headquarters, collaborating with a global creative team across multiple locations worldwide and working on renowned industry events such as Cannes Lions.

Currently, she is an EA to Adele Cooper, the Head of UK and Ireland at Pinterest, also doubling as the Event Manager for London and Dublin teams, organizing European-wide events and providing Office Management for the London team.
