Rusty Duncan is a successful entrepreneur and community leader based in Oklahoma City. He co-founded Insight Creative Group (ICG) in 2006 with a vision to revolutionize the agency model by prioritizing creative thinking, fostering meaningful relationships, and doing business differently. Thanks to his innovative approach, ICG has received numerous accolades, including a Metro 50 award and a Beacon Award for its philanthropic contributions to the Neighborhood Services Organization. Rusty has also been awarded the OKC Biz Top 40 Under 40 prize for his business achievements and philanthropic involvement.

Apart from his business acumen, Rusty is also actively engaged in the community. He serves on the board of Big Brother Big Sisters and the Neighborhood Services Organization, where he acts as the marketing chair. Rusty is also the creator of the OKC Hungryman 10k, a unique eat-and-run relay race that benefits NSO.

As a family man, Rusty cherishes spending time with his wife and three children, exploring new hobbies and interests together. He is passionate about sports, supporting the OKC Thunder, and college football team The University of Oklahoma. He is an active member of his local church, New Covenant United Methodist.
