Jeff Wain

Jeff Wain is a highly experienced Director and Principal Wealth Adviser with a focus on helping UHNW & HNW families and individuals. With a broad knowledge base across a wide range of specialties including investment management, asset protection, accounting & compliance, tax structures, personal insurance, and philanthropy, Jeff has managed and coordinated a professional network of specialists to provide strategic advice and financial planning.

As the Responsible Manager at his firm, Jeff has established private foundations for families, constructed investment policy and gifting policy, and managed the overall administration of the foundation in collaboration with the family. He is also a Responsible Person for a Private Ancillary Fund (PAF).

Jeff is a member of the ACIA, an association of nine wealth management firms, with seven firms in Australia and two in New Zealand. They meet semi-annually and benchmark business operations, financials, and client investment strategies. Collectively, these firms represent 3,000 clients and $3 billion of funds under management, and the group has been operating since 2002.

Jeff's specialties include being a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Self-Managed Super Fund Accredited Specialist (SSA), Fellow Tax Institute of Australia (FTIA), Self Managed Superannuation Fund Professionals' Association of Australia (SPAA), and Finsia (FFin).
