Ben McAdam is a financial strategist, CPA, and entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in helping business owners understand their finances and grow their profits. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Business from the University of New England and completed the CPA Program and CPA Public Practice Program at CPA Australia.

He co-founded Bean Ninjas, a Xero bookkeeping and financial advisory company, and served as the profits coach and virtual CFO at Profits Collective. Ben also worked as an accountant at John Beecher Accounting and served as a financial controller and director for E H Brett & Sons Pty Limited and Ray White Macarthur Group.

Currently, Ben serves as the Head Coach and Co-founder of Build Scale Sell and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small business owners gain a better understanding of their financial statements and grow their profits through personalized and jargon-free guidance. He has also previously hosted the Business Numbers Podcast.
