- City of the Future" is a theme park located in a historic park in Moscow it occupies more than 40 acres and is going to take up to 2.5 millions visitors a year. The park is dedicated to soviet retrofuturism and includes several indoor roller coasters and large media attractions, a cable car road, a VR experience and a bunch of outdoor attractions. There is no existing IP used, all the stories and experiences are being created from scratch.As a CXO I was involved in:- General park concept, masterplanning and landscape design- Themed attractions storyline, concept design and schematic design- Interior, exterior and props production and field art direction- Media content production - Brand identity, graphic design and park navigation

Industrial design company ATOM developed the innovational Russia One (R1) full-size tram prototype for Uralvagonzavod Corporation. R1 tram project won the Red Dot Award in 2015 and was highly praised by such prominent designers as Chris Bangle (Chief of Design for BMW Group, 1992-2009), Marat Günak (Head of Design for Volkswagen, 2003-2008), Karim Rashid and Ross Lovegrove.Main duties:- R1 team management at the company’s Moscow office. - Managing manufacture of individual exterior and interior tram parts in Moscow.- Experience Design of interiour zones, including the driver panel. The control panels of existing tram models were put under ergonomics study and, as a result, a newly-designed control panel was manufactured. It received positive reviews from experts.- Managing the development of the tram software.- Managing the design of an exhibition booth for Uralvagonzavod Corporation. The exhibition booth was erected on an area of 700 sq. m and was recognized as the best booth at the INNOPROM-2014 trade fair.

As Head of the Production Dept., over 120 projects in the portfolio were implemented.- Managing the workload of the Production Dept.; planning sprints in a team of 14 staff members and outsource specialists.- Staff recruitment; developed position network.- Budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting on project portfolio.

SAHAR is an agency offering digital marketing services for film distribution companies. The agency supported distribution of more than 30 movies in Russia. The service package included creation of promotional websites, print materials and advertising, as well as organizing offline marketing activities. The agency was closed in 2011.Apart from the movie industry, SAHAR offered a large variety of branding and web development services, including creation of online stores, corporate websites and social networks.As a Co Founder and a Project Manager, I completed over 40 web development, branding, design and advertising projects.
