Alec Brown is a seasoned sales leader with over 10 years of experience in the finance and law industries. Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & French and from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws in Commercial Law & Intellectual Property, he began his career as a lawyer before transitioning into origination roles in the finance industry. Brown specializes in asset-based lending, which involves providing companies with equipment finance, floorplan, channel finance, invoice, and debtor solutions.

Over the course of his career, he's worked with a variety of clients, including global, listed, and billion-dollar revenue companies, as well as SMEs, in both direct and vendor channels. His former roles include Head of Sales at Bigstone Finance, Sales Director at Wells Fargo (previously GE Capital), Business Development Manager at Alleasing, and Lawyer at Creative Lawyers. Currently, Brown is the Director of Asset Finance Corporate Origination at Commonwealth Bank, where he continues to bring his customer-focused, problem-solving approach to the finance industry.
