She is currently the President of Your Best Performances, where she provides motivational speaking and training services to businesses, associations, and non-profit organizations. With over 40 years of experience as a church musician, Lydia is a highly skilled pianist, organist, and accompanist. She also has extensive experience in program development, resource development, collaboration, and facilitation of group discussions and meetings. Lydia holds a Certificate of Completion in Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce School of Organization Management, as well as a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communications/Public Speaking from Northern Illinois University.
