Dawn Powell, CAIA

Dawn Powell, CAIA, is a well-educated and accomplished professional, with a background that spans many prestigious organizations. With an MBA from The Wharton School, and a B.A. from the University of Southern California, along with experience studying at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Powell has gained a wide range of knowledge and expertise that has served her well in her career.

Currently, Powell serves as a Senior Associate at StepStone Group, a position she earned after previously working as a Summer Associate with the same firm. Prior to that, she worked as an Investor Relations & Marketing Officer at Capital Group - American Funds, as well as a Senior Investor Relations & Business Development Analyst at Global Equity Administradora de Recursos.

Beyond her work in the financial sector, Powell has also been recognized for her work in scholarship and research, having previously been a Fulbright Research Scholar to Brazil at the U.S. Department of State, as well as a Princeton in Latin America Fellow at Conselho Empresarial Brasil-China.
