Dawn O'Sullivan

Dawn O'Sullivan is the co-founder and CEO of Boost Juice Bars UK.23 She launched the Australian juice and smoothie brand in the UK with her husband Richard O'Sullivan and Mario Budwig in April 2007, opening their first store at the Trafford Centre in Manchester.1 Dawn has been a director of the company since February 2016.3 She and Richard brought the Boost Juice concept to the UK after their daughter suggested it during a gap year in Australia.12 Under their leadership, Boost Juice Bars UK has grown to over 29 stores in 24 locations across the country.1 Dawn's background includes being part of the founding team behind Millies Cookies, which they grew to over 100 stores before selling to the Compass Group in 2003.1
