As an active member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), I collaborate with esteemed women leaders to advance healthcare trends and mentor new members within the organization. My role involves participating in and organizing local networking sessions designed to bring together thought leaders who support and empower women in healthcare.

WBL is a nonprofit organization that houses the premier network of women executives across the healthcare industry. Its mission is to connect and convene senior executive women in healthcare, fostering meaningful cross-sector relationships, advancing careers, and harnessing collective power to improve the industry.

In this role, I am deeply committed to the mission of WBL, working tirelessly to create opportunities for professional growth and to drive positive change within the healthcare sector. As Co-Chair of Strategy at Colorado Healthcare Strategy and Management (CHSM), I lead the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives that significantly enhance the organization’s impact on both state and national levels. My role involves curating and orchestrating monthly sessions designed to provide invaluable insights and foster discussions on contemporary healthcare strategies.

In this capacity, I actively seek and secure esteemed panelists who are thought leaders in their fields, ensuring that each session delivers high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our diverse audience of healthcare professionals. My efforts are instrumental in maintaining CHSM’s reputation as a premier forum for healthcare innovation and strategic development.

By facilitating these monthly sessions, I contribute to the advancement of healthcare knowledge and practices within Colorado’s healthcare organizations and extend our influence to a broader national audience. This involves not only logistical coordination but also strategic planning to align session topics with emerging trends and pressing issues in the healthcare sector.

In my role, I developed and executed comprehensive business development and marketing strategies targeting health plans, third-party administrators (TPAs), and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Over a five-year period, these efforts resulted in a 50% revenue increase, growing from $55 million to $105 million. My contributions were consistently recognized for exceeding expectations and delivering substantial financial gains.

I spearheaded a $55 million revenue growth initiative for the clinical solutions platform, focusing on driving utilization review, data-driven optimization solutions, and proactive second opinions. This initiative was pivotal in our success, driving significant financial growth.

I directed and executed business development campaigns that resulted in a 50% increase in lead generation and a 30% boost in conversion rates. While managing a profit and loss center, I ensured operations remained under budget. Additionally, I developed and implemented comprehensive go-to-market strategies that captured a 25% market share within the first year, effectively positioning our products and driving rapid adoption.

Through strategic initiatives and partnerships, I expanded our client base by 20% and enhanced cross-selling opportunities. I also developed and executed multiple new product marketing strategies, significantly expanding our market presence and driving product adoption among health plans, TPAs, PBMs, patients, and members.

I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C SaaS products, resulting in $25 million in revenue. By building and executing portfolio value propositions, brand guidelines, collateral assets, sales tools, and commercialization plans for the data analytics product portfolio, I achieved a 30% increase in market penetration.

I led the full spectrum of competitive intelligence activities, including pricing, deal structure, and contract terms, to ensure the competitiveness of our portfolio. My customer engagement and brand expansion efforts drove customer success strategies, generated customer references, and garnered press releases for high-growth solutions. These initiatives collectively enhanced our market presence and accelerated business development.

Executive Consultant, Business Development and Marketing

As the Director of Business Development, Marketing Strategy and Execution at Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions, I developed and executed comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets. This involved enhancing brand management, driving digital innovation, enabling sales teams, and segmenting clients and prospects to increase awareness of our solutions. I spearheaded a best practice series with key industry partners focused on clinical and operational solutions. My efforts resulted in closing new client engagements, averaging $15M per year in new business. I generated $25M in pipeline opportunities with strategic accounts through account-based marketing (ABM) and drove operational optimization in new business, resulting in $55M in pull-through product revenue. Additionally, I led consumer, clinical, and operational engagement strategies for health systems and managed the measurement of ROI results from sales, market intelligence, and marketing programs.

As the Director of Corporate Marketing, I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing brand management, digital integration, and client and prospect segmentation. My role involved leading executive programs designed to cultivate and advance deep and meaningful business relationships at the C-suite level. With extensive experience in fostering C-Level relationships, I was instrumental in advancing sales opportunities. Through the successful development and execution of bi-annual, industry-leading client summits and thought leadership forums, I achieved over $200M in product and solution sales. I negotiated complex contracts and account opportunities with a 95% success rate, and I developed and implemented cross-market executive councils and a Client Advisory Board. My contributions were recognized in TriZetto’s top achievement ceremony. and Client Advisory Board.  Achieved over $200M in a five (5) year growth of assigned accounts and strategy execution. Director, Portfolio and Accounts 

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, I developed, implemented, and managed the marketing strategy for Professional Services Sales. This included extensive work in developing go-to-market plans, customer engagement models, and sales and client service executive portfolios, as well as establishing key metrics. In this role, I realized $6.1M in revenue in the first year and over $95M in the second year, while identifying up-sell services that generated an additional $5.5M in revenue. I achieved a 100% Attach Rate early in the sales cycle and was a finalist for the Top Achiever-of-the-Year Award.

Developed, implmented, and managed global marketing programs for Cisco Systems, Seagate, and Agilent Technologies.  Extensive work on developing the communications architecture for channel partners and internal product sales and services organiztions to drive positive business results.
