Dawn Kirstaetter

Dawn Kirstaetter is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in governmental, educational, and community-focused roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University and a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Dawn has been actively engaged in various organizations, serving as the Director of Government & Community Affairs at Comcast. Her previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Advancement at Baltimore City Community College, Deputy Mayor for Health, Human Services, Education & Youth for the City of Baltimore, Chief Operating Officer at Associated Black Charities, and Partner at Kirstaetter & Associates. She also has experience as a Regional Director and Director at Boys & Girls Clubs and as the Director of Community Relations at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, Inc.
