Dawn Chall

Dawn Chall is an experienced Construction Safety Specialist/Consultant, Arch. & Ltg Designer/Engineer/Inspector/Consultant with extensive knowledge of EM385-1-1 (government) & OSHA (commercial) safety requirements, procedures, guidelines & policies. She has a proven track record of creating and reading blueprints, handling all Request for Information submitted, developing value engineering concepts, architectural design, lighting design & applications. She has a working knowledge of architectural, general building, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil construction practices, procedures, and concepts in New Mexico, Texas & National. She has successfully established and developed both start-up and established companies while communicating safety, quality, and value-engineering concepts to customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and management. Chall has studied Associate's degree, Architectural Engineering, Associates Certificate, Commercial (Graphic) & Fashion Art, Associates Certificate, Project Management, OSHA 500 & 510, EM-386-1.1, and Certificate, Quality Engineering for Construction Management. She had worked as a Superintendent, Project Engineer, CQC Manager, Site Safety, and Health Officer (SSHO) at various construction companies and was a Project Lead - QA/QC Lead, Senior Architectural/Structural Technologist at Sandia National Labs (ASAP).
