People assume that giving up an empire leads to decline. But what if the future isn’t about empire at all? Historically, prosperity came from controlling global supply chains and subjugating others. Today, the real wealth is in technological acceleration, decentralized energy, advanced manufacturing, and innovation—not territorial dominance.

Take Texas: lots of energy, rare earth minerals, the Texas Stock Exchange, Starbase—self-sufficiency is becoming viable at a regional level. This trend isn’t just Texan; it’s the next phase of civilization.

If America is to expand its influence, where should it focus? Not Europe—trapped in a welfare-state stupor, semi-democratic, and reliant on us for defense. Not Asia—strong trading partners, but geographically and strategically distant. The real opportunity is in the Western Hemisphere: Canada, Mexico, Central & South America. These nations are resource-rich, culturally aligned, and within our natural sphere of influence.

A 21st-century “empire” won’t be built through conquest but through technological dominance, regional integration, and self-sustaining prosperity. The old model is dead. The future is accelerationist.
