He previously held key roles at Spencer Stuart, where he was involved in various practices such as Board Services, Financial Officer, and Private Equity.

With over 10 years of experience in private equity, Davin focused on growth capital investments in China and worked with the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group.

Davin holds a bachelor's degree in government from Dartmouth College and pursued further education at The Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, obtaining a master's degree in international studies and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School.
