Davide Maniscalco, a Lawyer qualified in higher jurisdictions, with extensive experience in the oil industry and top management roles within corporate groups, specializes in high tech law, information security, business innovation, and business continuity.

He is an expert in computer technology law, particularly in personal data protection and information security. Davide is the Head of Public Affairs at Swascan and a member of the "digital experts" stakeholders group under the European Commission, as well as the Cybersecurity Research Center (CYRCE).

He collaborates with Frederick (Rick) Hotchner on the HM Management Project, providing management and security consulting, training, and teaching services across Italy and Europe. Furthermore, he works with Tom Billard, CEO of Studebaker Defense and Intelligence, a multinational company offering intelligence and security consultancy.

As a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Davide has experience in crisis management and is an Innovation Manager registered with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
