David Zolno is a fifth-year real estate associate at Jackson Walker LLP with an excellent track record of handling property acquisitions and dispositions, wind farm and other renewable energy deals, and office and retail leases. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also studied BSBA (Business) with a minor in Phil., Politics & Econ. (PPE) at the Kenan-Flagler Business School.

David's professional journey has seen him work for several entities, starting with a law firm runner/legal assistant role at the Law Office of Becky Beaver. He also worked as an account and recruiting manager at Insight Global, and as a branch manager at Ivy Insiders before switching careers to law. He has also worked as a law clerk at Kennedy Hodges LLP and as a summer associate at various firms, including Coats Rose and Andrews Kurth.

David Zolno's expertise lies in assisting with multi-faceted real estate transactions, negotiating complex leases, and analyzing the impact of environmental regulations and zoning ordinances on complex development projects.
