David Yezbak

David Yezbak is a seasoned business broker with over two decades of experience in facilitating numerous successful business sale transactions.

Before delving into business brokerage, David served as the President and Owner of Codalex Imaging, a document management business with a robust presence in SC, GA, and TN. Codalex Imaging was eventually sold in December 1997 as part of a roll-up IPO, boasting a workforce of over 150 individuals and generating sales exceeding $10 million.

Actively engaged in various leadership roles, David currently sits on the Board of Directors of Advanced Imaging Systems in Charlotte, NC. Furthermore, he holds the prestigious position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Children's Trust of South Carolina, a prominent non-profit dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect in the state. David is also deeply involved in his local church, St. Peters, situated in downtown Columbia, SC. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both SC and GA.

David pursued his education at Uniontown and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.
