He has navigated multiple turnarounds, startups, and served as an officer in four publicly traded companies. David excels in tech team expansions, organizational restructures, and technology re-platforming, leveraging deep expertise in complex financial and corporate transactions such as formations, redomicile, spin-offs, restructures, and more.

David Wippich is an expert in software, hyper-scale, and cloud-native platform architectures, with proficiency in UX design, SDLC/DevSecOps implementations, cloud migrations, product management, ISV/SI engagement, system deployment, project integration, solution design in various tech domains, and software/system automation.
