With experience at Mercurytide as a Technical Support Assistant, David honed his skills in client support for bespoke systems, expanding his expertise in website development and support.

David's knowledge encompasses various areas such as SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, paid search campaigns, and social media optimization, along with a proficiency in SaaS applications for tracking and reporting purposes.

Under David's leadership, Digit-AI Integration has evolved into a Xero partner, with certifications in Xero and payroll services, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency for clients by leveraging new technologies and digital solutions.
