In his current role as the Founder and General Partner of Town Hall Ventures, David leads investments in companies dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for marginalized and underserved communities. His notable investments span a wide range of healthcare companies such as Aetion, Brave Health, Cityblock, Plume, VillageMD, and many others.
David Whelan brings a wealth of academic achievements to his professional journey, having pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Economics from the University of Virginia. He also received education at Brunswick School.
