Jeff Sing

David Wheeler, known as Jeff, is a technical leader with a strong background in building Quality Engineering teams and Engineering Operations programs. He has a history of establishing teams that drive technical and process-oriented initiatives to align engineering outputs with business needs and customer expectations.

Jeff focuses on helping engineering leadership align on operational and business priorities, defining measurable KPIs, establishing data collection processes, and implementing programs to assess the impact and ROI of initiatives. He emphasizes mentorship and empowerment within his teams to enable them to support engineering colleagues effectively, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer experiences.

He pursued his BS in Computer Science from UC San Diego and has held various roles in reputable organizations, including Director of Engineering, Sr. Engineering Manager, and Software Engineering Manager at Iterable. Prior to that, he worked as a Software QA Automation Engineer at iovation Inc., Sr. Software QA Engineer at Skylight Healthcare Systems, Software Quality Engineer at CareFusion, QA Engineer at Websense, and Lead Instructor at iD Tech Camps.
