David Whalley is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. He is currently a Co-Founder of Feedback Solutions Inc., where he works with his team to provide cutting-edge data-driven solutions to the built environment sector. Additionally, David is a seasoned Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Toronto. In this role, he has acted as a consultant and advisor in negotiating complex lease and investment transactions for local, national, and international clients. He has developed significant long-term relationships with all major commercial property owners in Canada and has an extensive network of CRE advisors, property owners, and consultants in the US. David is part of the Colliers Occupier Advisors Group, which is a global platform of highly seasoned and specialized practitioners that collaborate on best practices, industry trends, technology and enhancing client relationships.

David has a BA in Economics from Western University. His areas of expertise include commercial real estate, leasing negotiations and transactions, space utilization analytics, energy consumption optimization, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction. He is also experienced in working with clients in various industries, such as finance, food, and aerospace.
