David Weisburd

David Weisburd, Co-Founder of 10X Capital

David Weisburd is the Co-Founder and Co-Head of Venture Capital at 10X Capital, an alternative asset management firm providing access to best-in-class strategies across venture capital, private credit, private equity/growth equity, and real estate.13

Prior to co-founding 10X Capital, Weisburd had an extensive background in entrepreneurship and investing:

• He founded venture capital firm GTP in 2012, whose portfolio companies include 23andMe, Circle, Palantir, Pipefy, Ripple, Tonal, Vicarious and Wish1
• He was a partner at Flight Ventures, which has invested in companies like Carta, Cruise, Discord, Dollar Shave Club, Fastly, LinkedIn, PayPal, Rent the Runway, and Wealthfront1
• He was on the founding teams of two venture-backed startups, isocket (acquired by Rubicon Project) and RoomHunt (acquired by RentLingo)1

Weisburd has led 10X Capital's investments in several high-profile companies, including Robinhood, Compass Therapeutics, Headspace and DraftKings.12 He holds a BS from Indiana University, an MBA from Dartmouth, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard University.14

In addition to his role at 10X Capital, Weisburd is the CEO of 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp III.5 He is also an investor in companies like Anthropic, Betr, Palantir, Robinhood, and SpaceX.6
