David Ward

David Ward is an accomplished expert in human resources management and organizational leadership. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University Atlanta, an MSA in Management from Central Michigan University, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Columbia College and Saint Leo University, respectively. His diverse background has led him to a multitude of positions with esteemed organizations, including Hager Companies where he served as Human Resources Manager, National Linen Service where he held the position of Regional Human Resources Director, and Georgia Institute of Technology where he served as Human Resources Manager. His extensive experience culminated in his most recent position, Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at United States Army.

As an expert in human resources management, Ward has spent his career developing efficient, effective, and equitable systems across a variety of industries. His expertise extends to compliance, recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, staff development, and leadership development.
