I was responsible for in house engineering team establishment and leadership while making transition from outsource development team. Building of the whole development pipeline using best industry practices including Docker and Continuous Delivery. Practicing team code reviews, testing and agile development method on daily basis. Creating a lean, productive and enjoyable working environment.

Infrastructure Group Lead

In this cross functional position I was responsible of planning and implementing the DevOps culture in R&D. Detection of blockers/bottlenecks and creative thinking and tinkering on how to release them. Developers empowerment by providing them with more monitoring tools and giving more responsibilities of their products running in production. Leading of inefficient processes optimization and automation. Establishment of new cross R&D teams processes and guidelines, standardization, Continuous Integration and Delivery. Direct mentoring and management of 5 employees in a newly established DevOps team for ramp up.

I was responsible of few R&D teams management: Openbook team which developed our main financial social network web application. Billing team which was responsible of our Cashier solution for online payments. Back Office team which developed our CRM and reporting infrastructures. Affiliate program development team. Configuration Management team which established our first build automation process in all R&D teams. I was involved in company ALM, Configuration Management and Release Management foundation. Management of 15 developers, management of managers and direct management.

R&D Director

As first web developer in the company I was responsible of creating main company website, integration with Affiliates program off the shelf product and foundation of Cashier front end. All work was done using  ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET. By the end of the job I hands on managed a web team of 4 employees.

Web Development Manager

Full responsibility of affiliates/partners program development using Perl, PHP and MySQL. Close collaboration with product and marketing teams on products development and requirements.
As first company developer I was responsible for company websites development from scratch and further maintenance using HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies.
