Early Career:: From 1985 to 2004, Tyson worked at Travelers and Citigroup, where he rose to become Chief Investment Officer of Citigroup's proprietary insurance companies and head of Travelers' registered investment advisor.1 During his 19-year tenure, he was responsible for global fixed income asset class management and asset-liability matching for Citigroup's insurance companies.1
